Privacy - is the right of an individual to control the distribution and release of information concerning himself/herself. This includes information an individual has provided to the ministry and all additional information that may be verbalized to a member of the ministry staff. This would also include the use or release on any and all logs obtained as a staff member while functioning as such in the IRC channel, as an operator for the ministry.
Confidentiality - means that information regarding an individual
is considered private and cannot be disclosed to a third party without
the individual's consent. This again would include all conversations in
the IRC chat channel, as well as any conversations conducted in the Built
Anew Ministries office.
I understand that information concerning individuals obtained while
a part of the ministry staff, is considered private and confidential and
must not be published, released or disclosed in any manner that would be
detrimental to the personal interests, reputation or privacy of the individual.
I understand that disclosure on my part of any information considered to
be private and confidential, as described above, shall be cause for discipline,
up to and including dismissal from the staff of Built Anew Ministries.
